I am a licensed attorney and real estate broker familiar with property and taxation matters and I hold a doctorate in social/clinical psychology. I am knowledgeable about pension plans, and I routinely lecture to other attorneys on topics related to divorce and retirement rights.
I will work with you to solve your immediate concerns, and guide you toward responsible, practical and holistic long-term solutions. Where appropriate, I'll recommend caring professionals to assist with your financial concerns and support.
Whenever possible, your matter will be completed without going to court. My staff will file any required documents to save you the inconvenience, complexity, cost and emotional trials of all judicial hearings.
